Yes. We connect WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business API, and we can send leads to most CRMs that have an API (including Zoho, HubSpot and custom-built CRMs), or to a Google Sheet or email if you do not use a CRM yet.

It depends on scope. A website bot trained on your FAQs is the quickest. WhatsApp needs Meta to approve your Business API account, and CRM or booking integrations add time. After the free audit you get a fixed timeline in writing before any work starts.
